Qigong the Chinese gentle exercise moving energy through out the body to promote health and relaxation. The exercises are based on the movements of animals changing with the seasons. Anyone needing to may do all exercises
while sitting in a chair. A short meditation is incorporated within each class.
This class is held outside in the ramada located at the CQ Library Annex in San Jose.
