The City of Bisbee is seeking proposals from qualified architects duly registered in the State of

Arizona by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration to provide architectural services to

master-plan Camp Naco’s 17-acre site as well as preserve and rehabilitate its 20 adobe buildings

for multiple community uses in compliance with local, state and federal preservation and code

requirements.

A pre-submittal meeting will be held at the Camp Naco site on Wednesday September 20,

2023, 9-11am. The purpose of this meeting is to familiarize prospective respondents with the

existing project context and to address any questions about the Request for Qualifications.

Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory, however, this is the only time that prospective

respondents will be able to visit and tour the Camp Naco site. Camp Naco is located at 2118 W.
