A Special Message from the Friends about the 2021 Chocolate Tasting
Next year, 2021, would have been the 30th annual Chocolate Tasting. Because of this special anniversary and because our Chocolate Tasting earned the 2019 Bisbee Best Event award, the Board has chosen to continue the tradition in a Covid-safe environment. Look for upcoming publicity on how you can contribute to this beloved February fund raiser but, for now, here is the available information.
The Friends are partnering with See’s Candies so that delicious chocolate is still the focus of this Valentine-related event. You will be able to order candy directly on line from See’s from a unique address on their web page. (We will help you if you are technology challenged.) You may select a quantity and product of your choosing. The candy will come directly from See’s to you. If you do not want any chocolate but still wish to contribute, you may send donations to our P.O. Box 516 in Bisbee or put your donation in an envelope marked “Chocolate Tasting” and drop it in the book return box outside the post office.
We will give you all the information on how exactly to do this after the holidays but, for now, we wanted to let you know that it is happening.
Annual Chocolate Tasting Fundraiser
Bisbee's commercial and home bakers donate 1000's of pieces of chocolate delicacies for ticket holds at this every popular event, now in it's 30th year. Guests also have a chance to participate in a Silent Auction and throw their names into a Raffle, as well.
