| Three (3) copies of the sealed bid must be in the actual possession of the City Clerk on or prior to the exact time and date. Sealed bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or container with the following information clearly indicated on the outside:
- Name of Solicitiation, as indicated by the City - "Garfield Park RFP"
- Name and address of the Vendor
