Vacant Building and Property Regulations / Registration

Ordinance O-25-06: Amending the Code of the City of Bisbee, Chapter 7- Building , by Establishing a New Article, Article 7.15- Vacant Building and Property Regulations 

This Ordinance builds a working relationship with property owners to help get vacant buildings cleaned up, made safe, and returned to use.  It focuses on rehabilitation, preservation, and public safety.
