City Attorney
The City of Bisbee’s Legal Services Department is composed of a part-time City Attorney who also acts as prosecutor in the Magistrate Court. The department renders legal advice to the Mayor and City Council regarding a variety of municipal issues and prepares ordinances, resolutions and other documents for Council consideration. The department also provides legal services to the City Manager and other city departments ranging from the preparation and negotiation of contracts to resolution of land use questions and zoning disputes to management of litigation of involving the City and prosecutions before the Bisbee Magistrate Court.
