On January 9, 1902 the City of Bisbee was incorporated. Since that historic date, our employees have been serving our community while taking pride in their service. All of our employees are a part of history in the making.
The Personnel Department is responsible for employee recruitment, selection, and hiring; employee services, relations and training; fair and impartial employment servcies; administration and development of the Personnel Rules and Regulations.
